Candace joined the KoenigRubloff family in 1997 and has since dedicated her professional career to perfecting the art of buying and selling real estate. After spending 20 years as an actress and model, Candace switched gears and embraced her family roots in the real estate world. She has become a true industry leader and prides herself on her ability to perfectly meld these two great passions.
While it is easy to upgrade the countertops, swap out fixtures or paint a few walls, finding a home with the perfect and authentic “feel” takes time, focus and diligence. Candace continually goes the extra mile to understand the wants and needs of her clients. She develops strong, lasting relationships with her clients and serves as their dedicated advocate from the initial search, all the way through the closing date. She credits her years of theatrical training for her ability to effortlessly read a room and tirelessly compete until she finds the one place that makes each of her clients say, “I’m home.”
Candace understands the stress that comes with buying and selling a home, as it was her own selling experience that sparked her interest in the industry. Since joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, Candace was the 2014 top producing agent in her office and has joined the elite Top Agent Network (TAN) organization, representing the top 10% of all Chicago Realtors.
Having lived in the Chicagoland area for over 40-years and raising her family in Evanston, Candace has frequented many of the best city restaurants, neighborhood breakfast joints, local boutiques and an indefinite number of antique shops. She wakes up with the sun everyday to take a morning walk to the lake with a coffee in hand, and kicks it in gear by driving to-and-from the city and suburbs. Candace has served on the Child Care Center of Evanston Board for many years and remains active in the theatre community. She feels lucky to have all three of her children still residing in and around Chicago, spending the majority of her free time laughing with her lovable grandson.
"I would highly recommend Candace Corr. She was well-prepared in her presentation and the subsequent listing, and I especially appreciated her suggestions and her list of service references. Candace always kept me up-to-date and was easy to contact. She made the selling of our father's home a smooth experience." Linda P.
"We wouldn't use anyone else. Candace has been our agent for our past 2 homes and she will be our agent should we move again. Her communications skills are impeccable. She has an easy, open manner with everyone she deals with. The bottom line is that we trust her.
Candace sold our first home in 48 hours. She sold our last house at the Broker's Open. We had two offers in less than 3 hours. She helped us with staging, did her due diligence in regard to researching the comps, priced it competitively, and made herself very accessible throughout.
In regards to the purchase of our new home, she was incredibly patient during our search, gave great advice, and worked beautifully with the other agent and our real estate attorney to get both closings scheduled and finalized without a hitch.
She is quite simply, the best." Meg T.
"My husband Bob and I would highly recommend Candace Corr. She is very easy to work with and accessible. We always felt she was providing honest professional advice." Paula K.
"Candy was a true pleasure to work with. She came in months before we were ready to sell and helped us prepare our home, giving us great advice about how to make our house the best it could be. Candy is flexible, humorous, smart, and savvy. She sold our house the first day it was on the market - amazing. We couldn't have asked for more." Emily H.
"Candace Corr was phenomenal; in a very tough market she got me in to view a house prior to it being listed, and I was the first offer on the place. She helped me find and buy my dream home in a super-tight market and I couldn't be more thrilled. I have already referred her to several family and friends." Cara B.
